Description

These Air Fryer Loaded Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are a delicious twist on a classic cheeseburger, all wrapped up in a crispy egg roll wrapper. Perfect for a party appetizer or a fun meal, these egg rolls are loaded with flavor and easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale

Main Filling:

  • 1 lb ground beef, 80/20 preferred
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Additional Fillings:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup dill pickle relish
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 10–12 egg roll wrappers
  • olive oil spray or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Cook the Filling: Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheese, relish, ketchup, and mustard.
  3. Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold sides in, then roll tightly, sealing with water.
  4. Air Fry: Lightly spray egg rolls with olive oil and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Serve: Serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.
  • Add chopped jalapeños for a spicy kick.
  • These can be frozen before air frying and cooked straight from frozen—just add a few extra minutes to the cook time.
