Main Filling:
- 1 lb ground beef, 80/20 preferred
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Additional Fillings:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup dill pickle relish
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 10–12 egg roll wrappers
- olive oil spray or cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat Your Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Cook the Filling: Brown the ground beef and onion in a skillet. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheese, relish, ketchup, and mustard.
- Assemble the Egg Rolls: Place filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper. Fold sides in, then roll tightly, sealing with water.
- Air Fry: Lightly spray egg rolls with olive oil and air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve: Serve hot with dipping sauce.
Notes
- You can substitute ground turkey or plant-based meat for a lighter or vegetarian version.
- Add chopped jalapeños for a spicy kick.
- These can be frozen before air frying and cooked straight from frozen—just add a few extra minutes to the cook time.
