Instructions

- Prepare Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Combine and Bake: Add dry ingredients in parts, alternating with milk. Fold in sprinkles if desired. Bake for 18–20 minutes.
- Cool and Frost: Let cupcakes cool, then frost with buttercream and decorate with sprinkles.
