- 1 (14 ounce) can full fat coconut milk
- 2 1/2 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup honey (or agave syrup)
Instructions
- Blend Ingredients: Combine the full fat coconut milk, blueberries, fresh basil leaves, and honey in a blender. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
- Freeze in Molds: Pour the blended mixture evenly into 8 popsicle molds. Place the molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
Notes
- For a vegan option, use agave syrup instead of honey.
- Frozen blueberries can be used directly without thawing.
- Add a splash of lemon juice for extra brightness if desired.
- Ensure basil is fresh for the best flavor.
- To easily remove popsicles, run warm water on the outside of the molds for a few seconds before pulling out.
