Instructions
- Sauté Onion and Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onion, add chicken and seasonings, cook until browned.
- Add Rice: Stir in uncooked rice, cook briefly to coat with oil.
- Cook Rice: Pour in chicken broth, simmer until rice is tender.
- Finish Dish: Stir in milk, cheeses, and peas, cook until creamy. Adjust seasoning and garnish before serving.
