Cheese:

Sauce:

- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Topping:
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Garnish:
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Make the sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then slowly add milk while stirring. Cook until thickened, then season with mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat.
