Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prep: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare cake pans. Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients, then slowly mix in boiling water.
  2. Bake: Divide batter into pans and bake for 30–35 minutes. Cool cakes on wire racks.
  3. Make Fudge Frosting: Heat cream, pour over chocolate chips and butter, whisk until smooth. Let cool.
  4. Assemble: Layer cake with fudge frosting, covering the entire cake.
