Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pound Chicken: Pound chicken breasts to ¼-inch thickness, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  3. Fill and Roll: Place ham and cheese on each breast, roll tightly, secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dredge: Dredge each roll in flour, egg wash, then breadcrumbs.
  5. Brown Chicken: Brown rolls in butter and oil.
