Instructions
- Heat the oil: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Cook the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
