For the Casserole:
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
For the Topping:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the Casserole: Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar. Spread in a baking dish.
- Add Toppings: Top with remaining cheddar. Mix Ritz crackers with butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
