  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

For the Topping:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 sleeve)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the Casserole: Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Fold in shredded chicken and half of the cheddar. Spread in a baking dish.
  3. Add Toppings: Top with remaining cheddar. Mix Ritz crackers with butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  4. Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden and bubbly. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with parsley.
