Cream Cheese Filling:

- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Assembly:
- 24 wonton wrappers
- cooking spray or neutral oil for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, soy sauce, and salt.
- Fill Wontons: Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, fold, and seal.
- Bake: Arrange filled wontons on the baking sheet, brush with oil, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and crispy.

- To make ahead, assemble rangoons and freeze before baking. Bake straight from frozen, adjusting cooking time accordingly.
