Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving a slight overhang for easy removal.
- Cook the Fudge: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and milk. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil, then let it boil for 2–3 minutes without stirring.
- Combine Ingredients: Remove from heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter, butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix quickly until smooth and well combined.
- Set the Fudge: Pour the fudge into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Let it cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate for another 1–2 hours or until fully set.
- Serve: Once firm, lift the fudge out of the pan and cut into squares.
