- 1 cup Water or Coconut Water (Use coconut water for added sweetness)
Instructions
- Prepare Greens: Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly under cold running water, then pat dry to remove excess moisture.
- Prepare Apple: Core and slice the green apple into quarters to make it easier to blend.
- Prepare Cucumber: Slice the cucumber into manageable pieces and peel if preferred.
- Extract Lemon Juice: Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out its juice, making sure to remove any seeds.
- Prepare Ginger: Peel and slice the fresh ginger into smaller pieces for easier blending.
