  • 1 inch Ginger, fresh, peeled and sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare Greens: Wash the kale and spinach thoroughly under cold running water, then pat dry to remove excess moisture.
  2. Prepare Apple: Core and slice the green apple into quarters to make it easier to blend.
  3. Prepare Cucumber: Slice the cucumber into manageable pieces and peel if preferred.
  4. Extract Lemon Juice: Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out its juice, making sure to remove any seeds.
  5. Prepare Ginger: Peel and slice the fresh ginger into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  6. Combine Ingredients: Add kale, spinach, apple, cucumber, ginger, and lemon juice into the juicer. Pour in the water or coconut water to aid blending.
