- 1 large yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup beef broth

- 4 slices Gruyère cheese
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (optional)
Instructions
- Caramelize Onions: In a skillet, cook onions in butter and olive oil over medium heat until caramelized. Add beef broth, cook briefly, then set aside.
- Prepare Patties: Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
