For the Creamy Alfredo Tortellini:
- 9 ounces refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Tortellini: Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Sear the Steak: Season steak with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sear in a skillet until browned. Set aside.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, add flour, then whisk in cream. Stir in Parmesan and garlic powder. Add butter and tortellini.
- Combine and Serve: Return steak to the skillet, mix gently, and heat through. Garnish with parsley before serving.
