Ingredients
Scale
Cheese Mixture
- 16 ounces cream cheese (room temperature, about 2 bricks)
- 1.5 ounces Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix (1 packet)
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Fillings & Wrap
- 5 flour tortillas
- ½ cup finely chopped ham
- ½ cup chopped green onion
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese Mixture: In a medium bowl, thoroughly mix the room temperature cream cheese, Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning Mix, and shredded sharp cheddar cheese until evenly combined and smooth.
- Spread the Mixture: Lay out each of the 5 flour tortillas and evenly spread about one-fifth of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla in a thin ¼-inch layer, covering the surface completely.
- Add Fillings and Roll Up: Sprinkle the finely chopped ham and chopped green onions evenly over the cream cheese layer on each tortilla. Then, roll each tortilla up tightly so the cream cheese mixture acts as a binder, holding the roll together.
- Chill: Place the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until they are fully chilled and firm, which makes them easier to slice and enhances the flavors.
- Slice and Serve: Remove the chilled rolls from the refrigerator and cut each into ½-inch thick wheels. Arrange on a serving platter and serve immediately as a tasty appetizer or snack.
