- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large baking dish.
- Prepare Chicken and Vegetables: Arrange chicken strips in the dish, add green beans and cherry tomatoes.
- Make Seasoning Mix: Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

- Bake: Cover with foil, bake for 25 minutes. Uncover, add cheeses, bake for 10–15 minutes until cooked through.
