Shrimp:

- 1 teaspoon salt
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Rinse and Season Shrimp: Rinse shrimp and pat dry. Season with paprika, allspice, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Cook Aromatics: Heat oil and butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic, scallions, thyme, and Scotch bonnet pepper.
- Cook Shrimp: Add seasoned shrimp to the skillet. Cook until pink and cooked through.
- Simmer: Pour in water and lime juice. Let simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve: Remove from heat and serve hot.
