- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth or water
Instructions
- Prepare Olive Oil Mixture: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant.
- Cook Beans: Add butter beans, season with salt, peppers, cook for 2 minutes. Add lemon zest, juice, vegetable broth, simmer.
