Instructions

  1. Prepare the meatballs and mashed potatoes: Follow the linked Italian meatballs and mashed potatoes recipes provided in the Notes section to prepare both components fully before assembly.
  2. Preheat and assemble casserole: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Spread the prepared mashed potatoes evenly across the bottom of the dish. Arrange the cooked meatballs evenly over the mashed potatoes layer.
