Instructions
- Heat the milk and half & half: In a large pot over medium heat, add the milk and half & half. Warm the mixture until it is hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally to prevent scorching.
- Melt the white chocolate: Add the white chocolate chips to the hot milk mixture. Stir continuously until the chocolate chips are completely melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Add flavorings and color: Stir in the Irish Cream liquor if using, peppermint extract, and a few drops of green food coloring. Mix thoroughly to combine all the flavors evenly.
- Mix well: Continue to stir the hot chocolate to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated and the drink is heated through.
