Instructions
- Prepare the Base: In a food processor, grind walnuts until finely ground. Add dates, cocoa powder, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Pulse until mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Optional Step: If using, pulse in mini chocolate chips until combined.
- Shape the Bites: Scoop out 1 tablespoon of dough and roll into balls. Optionally, coat with shredded coconut.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate bites for at least 20 minutes before serving. Store in the refrigerator.
