Description

Indulge in the tropical flavors of a Pina Colada Lush dessert that combines creamy layers of coconut, pineapple, and cream cheese over a buttery graham cracker crust. This no-bake treat is perfect for summer gatherings or anytime you crave a taste of paradise.

Ingredients

Scale

Graham Cracker Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Cream Cheese Layer:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Pineapple Coconut Layer:

  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut

Garnish:

  • Maraschino cherries
  • Extra whipped topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Graham Cracker Crust: Mix crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch baking dish and bake.
  2. Make Cream Cheese Layer: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over the cooled crust.
  3. Prepare Pineapple Coconut Layer: Mix coconut pudding with milk, fold in pineapple and whipped topping. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Chill and Garnish: Sprinkle shredded coconut, chill for 4 hours, then garnish with cherries and whipped topping before serving.

Notes

  • You can use a store-bought graham cracker crust to save time.
  • For a more tropical twist, add rum extract to the pudding layer.
  • Ensure pineapple is well-drained to prevent a soggy texture.
