- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant pistachio pudding mix
- 6 to 7 drops green food coloring (optional)

- 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple tidbits, undrained
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios or walnuts
- Additional whipped topping (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Combine whipped topping and pistachio pudding mix: In a large bowl, mix the entire carton of whipped topping with the package of instant pistachio pudding mix. If desired, add 6 to 7 drops of green food coloring to enhance the color. Fold gently until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
- Fold in marshmallows and pineapple: Carefully incorporate 3 cups of miniature marshmallows and the entire can of pineapple tidbits with their juice. Mix gently to combine without crushing the pineapple chunks.
- Chill the mixture: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. This allows the pudding salad to set and for flavors to blend harmoniously.
- Garnish and serve: Before serving, stir the salad lightly. Top with additional whipped topping if you like, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pistachios or walnuts to add crunch and nutty flavor.

- For a more vibrant green color, use the optional green food coloring.
