Description

These delightful Ritz Crackers with Peanut Butter and White Chocolate sandwiches make a perfect sweet and salty treat. Featuring crunchy or creamy peanut butter sandwiched between buttery Ritz crackers and dipped in smooth white chocolate, they’re finished with colorful sprinkles for a fun decorative touch. Quick and easy to prepare, they’re ideal for parties, snacks, or satisfying a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

Scale

Snack Base

  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • About 1 ¼ cups peanut butter (crunchy or creamy)

Coating

  • 16 ounces white almond bark
  • Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Assemble Sandwiches: Lay half of the Ritz crackers on a flat surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each cracker, spreading evenly, then top with the remaining crackers. Gently press down to distribute the peanut butter to the edges.
  2. Melt White Almond Bark: Place the white almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second increments, stirring after each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  3. Coat Sandwiches: Use a fork to dip each peanut butter sandwich into the melted white almond bark, ensuring it is coated evenly. Allow any excess chocolate to drip off back into the bowl.
  4. Decorate: Place the coated sandwiches on parchment paper. Immediately add sprinkles on top to decorate while the coating is still wet.
  5. Continue Coating: Repeat the dipping and decorating process with the remaining sandwiches until all are coated.
  6. Set and Serve: Allow the sandwiches to set at room temperature until the white almond bark hardens and is no longer wet, about 5 minutes, then enjoy.

Notes

  • Use either crunchy or creamy peanut butter based on your preference.
  • Be sure to let the white almond bark cool slightly before dipping to avoid melting the crackers.
  • For faster setting, place the coated sandwiches in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or refrigerated for up to 3 days.
