Ingredients

Fresh Strawberries:

1 pound

White Chocolate Chips or White Candy Melts:

12 ounces

Coconut Oil (optional):

1 tablespoon

Mini Chocolate Chips:

for eyes

Regular Chocolate Chips or Melted Dark Chocolate:

for mouths


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt White Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  3. Dip the Strawberries: Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip into the melted white chocolate. Let excess drip off to form a tail. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Add Eyes and Mouth: Press mini chocolate chips for eyes and use dark chocolate to create a mouth on each strawberry.
