Ingredients
Scale
Fudge Base
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup sugar cookie mix
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
Decorative Sprinkles
- 2 tbsp green jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
- 2 tbsp red jimmies sprinkles (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides for easy removal after setting. Set the pan aside.
- Melt Chocolate Chips and Sweetened Condensed Milk: Place the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over low heat. Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth without any lumps.
- Add Sugar Cookie Mix and Butter: Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in the sugar cookie mix and melted unsalted butter until fully incorporated and silky smooth.
- Add Sprinkles: Gently fold in the green and red jimmies sprinkles carefully, avoiding overmixing to prevent the colors from bleeding into the fudge.
- Pour and Top: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle additional green and red jimmies on top to enhance the festive look.
- Chill and Set: Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper edges and cut into approximately 25 small squares for serving.
Notes
- Use parchment paper to ensure easy removal and clean slicing of fudge.
- Be careful to stir chocolate mixture on low heat to avoid burning.
- Do not overmix sprinkles to keep colors vibrant without bleeding.
- For firmer fudge, chill longer or overnight.
- Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
