Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the fruit filling: In a large bowl, combine peaches, blueberries, lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, and cornstarch. Pour into a 9-inch baking dish.
- Make the cobbler topping: In a separate bowl, mix flour, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the butter until crumbly. Stir in milk and vanilla.
