Description

This refreshing Watermelon Smoothie is a delightful blend of sweet watermelon, tangy strawberries, creamy Greek yogurt, and a hint of lime. Perfect for a quick and healthy breakfast or as a hydrating summer drink.

  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and chilled
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • a few fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • ice cubes as needed


Instructions

  2. Blend: Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add Ice: For a colder smoothie, add ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Adjust Sweetness: Taste and add more sweetener if desired.

Notes

  • For a vegan version, use dairy-free yogurt or skip the yogurt.
